Become an early investor in an innovative music education platform
We’ve built KHDK, an award-winning tone lab. We’ve changed the way bands monetize on their tone. Now, in the time of an unprecedented boom of online learning, we’re partnering with music education experts to deliver a learning experience the music community has been waiting for.
MASTER VOLUMES IS A PLACE FOR MUSICIANS TO GROW
Master Volumes is an online platform with original educational content for musicians.
For every artist who takes themselves seriously (so, every musician who ever lived), we offer training courses delivered by industry experts in a memorable edutainment style.
MASTER VOLUMES TEACHES GUITAR TONE...AND BEYOND
It’s 2020 and there are a myriad places online that teach artists exactly how to hit the perfect notes. But 1,000 lessons later, you can still sound like shit.
How come?
Sound is the #1 crucial element for all musicians - but the science of creating it isn’t well documented.
To get to it, artists either have to shell out tens of thousands of dollars for a college degree, or try to find it on the internet.
Good luck with that, though - the information on YouTube and music forums is scattered, confusing, or plain wrong. Much of it is shrouded in mystery or falls within that awkward “I’m-too-cool-to-ask” category.
It’s time somebody made sense of it.
BLOWING THE LID OFF INDUSTRY INSIDERS’ SECRETS
Master Volumes democratizes tone education by offering affordable, structured training.
From obscure forums and expensive college auditoriums, we bring it online in the format of streaming courses which teach proven methods by masters of the trade.
Our instructors are recording artists as well as tour-weathered techs, used to delivering world-class tone from the studio to the stage.
What’s more: we teach tone creation for a wide audience - from beginner-friendly courses even bass players can understand to advanced concepts musicians can instantly apply.
The Master Volumes model is successfully tested on a smaller market
We don’t just think this will work - in fact, we’ve already done it and succeeded.
Prague, Czech Republic, is the home base for Master Volumes founders: it’s where the KHDK custom shop is based and where we run our thriving Art Master Academy.
The Art Master Academy is a predecessor to Master Volumes which has allowed us to test the Master Volumes formula; in just 7 months, we’ve sold 1,000+ online music education courses on the small Czech market.
Master Volumes is going to build on this success by taking it global.
MASTER VOLUMES BRINGS A SCALABLE MODEL
While we’re starting with courses on guitar tone, the curriculum Master Volumes will eventually cover is much broader.
We want to branch off to other areas of tone including multi-media tone production, DJing or analog synthesizers. Supplementary content will include topics like tour management, lighting production or stage production.
In terms of technology, a mobile app is a natural extension of the initial desktop platform, while the context of musical education lends itself perfectly to online community-building and personalized content for users.
Additionally, with our close connection to the music industry, we will add furhter revenue-generating avenues such as affiliate programs, a marketplace for users, certification programs, as well as in-house products to accompany our curriculum.

Why do we believe in the Master Volumes formula?
In the information age, self-driven education is the ultimate investment.
Even before COVID-19, online education was projected to reach $350B by 2025. Now, the demand for online education soars beyond expectation.
In the world of music, the growth is just as dramatic and the timeless appeal of guitars isn’t going anywhere: Fender is expecting more sales in 2020 than ever, which means more guitar beginners looking for tonal expertise than ever...and finding Master Volumes.
Thanks to our unique access to renowned tonal experts as well as our know-how from our successful Art Master Academy, we are in an unparalleled position to kick this innovative project out the door with a bang - at a time when the global music community needs it the most.

What investors are we seeking?
We are opening the first round of investment to a small circle of our friends and family. Our target investors are like-minded music fans who want to make a difference in the way tonal expertise is distributed in the world of music.
We don’t expect a day-to-day involvement from our investors, though we encourage their constructive feedback. Likewise, we aren’t interested in VC funding or bank loans because...well, what fun would that be?
Master Volumes is, first and foremost, our passion project, and we want our success to be fueled by this shared passion. In short: we want you to dig it.
What are we offering?
We have already self-funded an online platform to house Master Volumes, prepared a course structure and secured initial contacts with instructors.
With the first round of investment, we will complete the platform, record our first 3 courses, as well as launch the project with an initial round of online marketing.
We are seeking $50,000 in the first round and offering a 10% share in the business, to be divided between 5-20 microinvestors.
We are offering a share of 0.5% - 2% in the company, for a corresponding investment between $2,500 and $10,000. At the moment, we are not accepting larger investments.
Our plan is to strategically exit Master Volumes within 4-8 years of launch, while reinvesting all profits into the project’s growth within the first 2-3 years.
